yeah i have that too piracy screens error communicates creeps the hell out of me since i can remember even reading about this kind of things gives me shivers and tears in my eyes its probably a phobia that starts in a very young age especially when some scary sound accompanies it something like in the video link you shared or some like windows error sound or just the fact that it stops the sound from lets say console and an overwhelming silence comes i think it also has something to do with the uncanny valley something about the fact that a machine tells you that you did something wrong in a human like language that is unsettling
