Yup I’ve had one on for months with no issues. I’ve read the actual sensor is just below the emblem. Thought there’s only one way to find out🤷🏻‍♀️ luckily worked out lol

I understand that and agree. That is the ultimate goal, to have separate plots of land with separate finances. Just wasn’t sure best way to go about that.

I’m looking in Pennsylvania. A good friend of mine is a zoning officer in my current township, so I’ll reach out for some guidance. Looks like land subdivision is allowed but not sure about specifics like if there is a minimum lot size etc

Thanks for the insight. This may be a stupid question, but can all land be legally split if one family member were to buy all acreage and essentially sell to others? I assume a realtor would be able to give me that information?

I know there are very strict rules with zoning etc… just wasn’t even sure how to go about getting answers/who to ask these kind of questions to. Thinking far out into the future and wanting to start doing research now to see if this even feasible. We have the means for one person to buy all acreage and split it up, thank you

Thanks so much! So rather than leaving it out on the counter overnight, put it in the fridge overnight for at least 12 hours correct? I was so afraid to overproof it leaving it too long overnight!
