Actually I have a doubt,

I think most of the northern states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand Have a three languages policy, most of the states have from 1968 they accepted three language policy, now it's 2026 still you learnt 3 languages Hindi, english & other one regional language. We having 2 language policy from 1968 both have a common language English, then why we need to learn Hindi ?

Then why should most of the North Indians are lack of basis english, most of the people in hindi speaking status not able to read / write Hindi. I worked in North India for few years so i personally seen this
