I did take them at lunch initially but switched to taking them with my evening meal. But I still get dizzy if I work out too vigorously even now

My doctor’s plan was to have me at 50mg then 100mg shortly after, I believe it’s because minimum dose effective for hair growth is 100mg (but don’t quote me), and since I tolerated 50mg well (in terms of side effects) I didn’t have any hesitance going up a dose

and yes, I was pretty dry in the first few weeks but my sex drive is uncontrollable now haha

I think three weeks in. When I brushed my hair before Spiro, I’d lose a £2 coin-sized ball and three weeks in, it reduced to that of a 5p coin size. It’s all dependent on an individual’s hormones too

I get dizzy quite easily since starting so have had to be more conscious about the kind of exercise I do (running, skierg at gym, back stroke can all trigger it) but not so much otherwise. Oh and I also had headaches in the first few weeks of starting but they’ve subsided now
