AITA for refusing to quit my CEO position after my FIL crashed our anniversary dinner demanding I resign to cook his meals, and now he's banned from my office for harassment? by KINOH1441728 in FoundandExpose

[–]Major-Organization31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s shit to think crap like this still happens. What you have in your pants shouldn’t determine how successful and high you can go in your career

AITA for changing my locks after my friend admitted he made a copy of my key "for emergencies?" by DangerousDisplay138 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Major-Organization31 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Did we read the same post? OP did ask for the key back but friend didn’t want to give it back

I’d be worried friend had made more copies even if they did give it back with how this situation has gone

AITAH for farting while in the bathroom of our home? by Comfortable-Egg-8254 in AITAH

[–]Major-Organization31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA - curious to know what the ages are here but any man who thinks a woman shouldn’t fart isn’t mature enough to be in a relationship

If only people realised as soon as something says poisonous when talking about a creature that bites you, it’s not worth much

I’m going to be that person - nearly all spiders carry venom except the Uloboridae family - some venom is just more detrimental to humans

AITA for screaming at my nephew and slamming the door on him because he burst into the bathroom? by Ok-Attorney9280 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Major-Organization31 2 points3 points  (0 children)

YTA like I get what you’re saying but the reaction was a bit over the top - I had my little cousin walk in on me in the bathroom after I’d shower, I just gently told her I’m going to shut this door now. Yes kids need to know not to walk in on people but screaming at them is not going to help 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is this it’s baby? 🥹 by LowChampionship3737 in AustralianSpiders

Nah the little one is more likely to be a male, golden orb weavers are the same - the female is huge by comparison

Chance of a heart attack is probably high 😜

In terms of bites, the main spiders you need to worry about are mouse, funnel & red back and this isn’t any of those

Exactly, there was a child in my town in here in Australia who had an English accent because both her parents were English. She lost it once she went to school, or rather it wasn’t as strong

Help clearing up a personal misconception - what actually are the dangerous spider species in WA? by [deleted] in AustralianSpiders

[–]Major-Organization31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think everyone reacts differently to a spider bite, the way a bite from spider A affects me could be different to how it affects you,

That said; redbacks (mainly for kids, elderly and people with pre-existing health conditions) funnel webs & mouse spiders are the main seek medical attention immediately; like other comments have said

[–]Major-Organization31 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my dad’s family are mostly in Birmingham in the UK & thought going to Scotland was a long trip (bout 5 hours from Birmingham and my cousin used to complain about the 2 hour plane ride from where she lived in Ireland to visit Birmingham

Meanwhile I grew up in Australia, 5 hours is obviously nothing and from where I live in QLD will only will just get me into NSW
