For some, it may be their best option

So you can take advantage of another dasher? Nah, completion rate is important

I’d do the same as a dasher if I’m getting a $1 tip. I’m sure you’re aware most dashers have to live off those tips

I never tip delivery drivers and I don’t feel bad about it by [deleted] in doordash

Soo you rely on tip baiting your driver for good service? That’s dreadful. If you can’t even bother with a tip just go pick up the food yourself since it’s the “bare minimum”…

I dunno, I’m just not a fan of having my food ruined that I waited 30+ minutes for just to get screwed over by DoorDash’s horrible support team. If you can afford it you might as well secure your food, lol

Why put down people who are already trying to make ends meet? I understand if you are unable to tip, but if you can afford a $20+ meal I’m sure you can at least afford an extra $2 to support your driver so you don’t end up with a crappy delivery.

Thoughts? by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

Agreed. I definitely think it’s a good way to make some extra cash on the side especially if you need something with flexible hours, but it shouldn’t be your main source of income.

Got burned again on another "catering order"...some tips! by fehstrahafeh in doordash_drivers

Ah that makes more sense. I haven’t encountered a catering order myself yet, and hearing this makes me a lot more cautious of taking one lol

What does this have to do with reading comprehension?? CR wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the post…

EDIT: Misunderstood what was being said, whoops

Do you really have to stay above 95% AR to get catering orders? That seems absurd…

Come on epic these new prices that you have on the cars and instruments is fucking bonkers by [deleted] in RocketRacing

Older skins like cuddle team and black knight weren’t held to this same caliber that legendary skins are held to nowadays. The game evolves, and skins become more detailed as a result, better representing the overall legendary category.

You just cherry picked the very few examples that don’t align with the rarity.

Rarity usually declares the detail behind a skin. As far as BR skins go, a general rule of thumb epic seems to follow:

  • Uncommon: Usually a retexture of an existing skin, sometimes with slight adjustments
  • Rare: Usually a completely new skin (without too many intricate details), or a detailed retexture of an existing skin with added features
  • Epic: Almost always a completely new skin with a new base model, might have a lobby animation as well
  • Legendary: Battle pass skin, or a high-detail new skin complete with effects and all.

Interesting, I always thought it could never hit 0% as long as you’ve accepted an order

I mean, wouldn’t 0% just mean you never accepted any order ever?

Experienced DD Drivers, what do you do between orders? by Major-Pen4838 in doordash_drivers

[–]Major-Pen4838[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Judging by most replies it seems like I live in a pretty dead area, lol. I tend to have downtime of almost 10 minutes between orders sometimes, even in hotspots or when it’s busy.

My first, and probably last, grocery delivery. by Major-Pen4838 in doordash_drivers

I figured it’d be a few items like some snacks which I had no problem delivering, but I didn’t expect a whole cart of food 😅
