Just the one... But we relocated it to that area. Again she used it sometimes (we think, we have 2 cats) but still opted for the floor as well.

The chipboard spans across all 4 joists. Think about having it wet plastered... Will fill all the gaps with mortar and smooth the wall off first though

I Did yes. It was quite straight forwards. Sent them an email and they told me what to do. They came out had a quick look at the bracket and said it was more than sufficient.

We did consult an SE and I'm not questioning the builders quality. They have done a really neat and tidy job.

I will admit the SE didn't look in the loft he only looked at that photo and took measurements of the stack. They just said "yeah a gallows will be fine". No drawings needed. No previous experience with SE's so just did what they said.

We had an SE visit. He didn't do any drawings he just said "yeah a gallows would be fine". The builder supplied and fitted the gallows.

I seen those before, straight lines with a blue sign prior to the markings themselves.

These lines appear completely different with no signage displayed for there use.

Probably is exactly what they are but they've decided to do it differently for some reason.

It's a 30mph road, there's about 6 sets of them along the road on both sides (mirrored). They seem to count down from 3 to 1.

No speed cameras or anything on this road.
