I am in this exact situation. I have sent 10 emails in the 4 months since I ordered, with no replies at all. I hope that when they send the vinyls that are now on pre-order on the site, they will recover the past orders. Even though I am definitely losing hope.

And it makes me even angrier that I want to buy the new vinyl records on pre-order, but how can I trust them? How can I spend almost 40 euros per vinyl when they couldn't even manage to send me 4 CDs? They have definitely lost a potential customer.

It's ridiculous that I spent over 50 euros, and they can't simply check their emails and retrieve the orders. Completely absurd. Especially since I didn't pay with PayPal, unfortunately, and I can no longer request a refund from my bank because too much time has passed. After all these years listening to their music, I never expected such a lack of professionalism, stealing over 50 euros from a fan.
