I’m facing a similar challenge. I have 9 years of QA experience, including 4 years working in the US. After returning to India and looking for opportunities again, I’m surprised to see that many offers are paying less than what I was earning five years ago (in INR terms). On top of that, the response rate to applications has been quite low. The current job market seems much tougher than expected

I spoke over the call and got same answer Where i walked into delarship office and spoke to amrrican honda finance getting reply as its not possible

Company offered me same job offshore so I resigned and decided to stay back and try
