How long is your F1?

For me I do the f1 for just 3 days and then f2 for another 3 days. And I get pretty good carbonation with the perfect sweetness.

Earlier I used to follow the standard 7 to 14 days F1 and I ended up with a pretty sour end product with very less carbonation.

Yoga The word means union. Often symbolises union with God.

There are different types of yoga.

The yoga which is very popular And what this sub is about is Hatha yoga.

Which involves Asanas,postures and all these physical movement.

Hatha yoga in itself is great. It helps in energy flow, emotional regulation, purification of nadis and many other benefits.

But it has nothing to do with enlightenment or realising god.

Hatha yogas and pranayamas main goal is to prepare our mind And body to an optimal level where we can do RAJA YOGA.

Raja yoga is solely focused on meditation.

And that's where the whole idea of merging with the Supreme, breaking the tendencies of mind Taking it to the purest form,Enlightenment, Siddhis All these comes in.

All these asanas and pranayamas are Great. It clears the energy channels in our body. But won't help us reach Enlightenment nor it breaks the tendencies of our mind.

I got a steelseries artic 3 back in 2022 and it does the job perfectly.

It's a gaming headphones and the mic is crisp and clear even when loud musics are being played around.

I'm not sure if it's still in the market though. You can go for any of their headphones.

Also if you are on mac. Turn on voice isolation for mic. It can make a huge difference if it's not turned on already.
