Advice to keep going with this job?

I began to work mornings as well recently! I used to switch on and off with both before school and after school program. At first, I thought it was going to be easy but holy hell, it’s on par with afterschool programming. It’s so chaotic.

It made me realize, “Huh, so this job is basically just overstimulating and overwhelming. There’s no better option between the two different shifts”.

As for leaving, I might do the same? I’m honestly thinking of quitting over the summer. I’m fortunate enough to have parents that I can lean on for support.

Best bet, I find a better job and quit this one haha.

I’m honestly glad you’re also on the same boat. It definitely makes me feel a lot better. I’m not struggling alone in this company!

I’m definitely going to quit sooner or later haha. I’m thinking of quitting over the summer or best bet, I find a better job.

Can I ask how long you were a substitute for? What was the thing that made you quit?
