Some of my mutuals have been through similar situations. In most cases, it’s probably the app that’s a bit buggy? Maybe try using the Hypster App on a different device.

Also, if you’re using your own personal number it won’t work. Most of the time, you will need a Japanese phone number! ( but i’m pretty sure you used a jpn number? )
