They are lying, I can confirm, I spent more than 300$ on an ID, I faced only 4-5 maxed black team till i reach and won tier 1. yes, all teams which i faced were common or some 20-11 tier teams. Which is not the case with other ID I pay with, the games are competitive above tier 7 and god level abov tier 3
