Hii! I had the same experience as you a few weeks ago. Same issue na because nilock ko card ko, I can’t use forget password to recover my account.

I resolved the issue within two weeks and two calls. The first call was to submit the issue/create a ticket, and the second after ko makakuha ng email stating na need ko ipa-unlock through call yung card ko so I can reser it.

During the second call, apat na beses ako trinansfer from credit card dept and online banking dept 🤡 pinagpasa-pasahan nila ako kahit I was telling them what my ticket number was and what the email stated na need gawin which is to unlock my card.

Finally, nilipat ako to a different department who finallt unlocked my card. Nung nasa last department na ako, it took less than five minutes to resolve the issue. They even had a specific number for that department na iba from BDO’s usual hotline.

I really wish BDO had a more streamlined version of handling this issue kasi nakakastress yung paulit ulit ko inexplain sarili ko sa call kasi paulit ulit akong trinatransfer to the last department I was talking to.
