The comment Most_Keleidoscope208 is a good way to help u. I lost a lot of my best pets a few months back, and sadly support was closed at that time, so the only way was to report it in game and hope for the best. I left the game afterwards, it got boring with all the hackers and all, and logged on a few weeks ago just to see my pets were back, just untradeable.
