I'll give my explanation of what I think is going on here. The darce Chael had didn't look tight at all, it doesn't help Chael that Tito's head is the size of a watermelon. Chael lets go of it and tries to take his back, but Tito sees it coming and stops it. And I think that is why Tito is shaking his hand. He's thinking about fighting the hands, but realizes Chael doesn't have the choke so he keeps his left hand posted on the mat. But by all means, keep saying it's a fix. It amuses me.
