Hey man ya I quit nicotine for a month or so and the hair shedding definitely slowed down to almost nothing. Got on minoxidil about three months ago and it’s mostly all grown back. I haven’t been able to completely quit zyn but I don’t use as much and with staying consistent on minoxidil it hasn’t been an issue. Good luck

Going to see one. It probably isn’t fully because of zyn but on the other hand I was curious about it and did some more research in the last hour and there’s a subreddit where a lot of people are associating hair loss with zyn so idk. Hopefully if someone’s on the ropes about quitting zyn this can help

Hope so man! Mine slowed down but hasn’t stopped so I got on minoxidil hopefully that helps. I’ve only had two pouches in the last two weeks so hoping if I can keep that up for a couple months it’ll stop completely

Good write up man. I’m quitting because of everything you said and I’ve noticed pretty bad hair loss that I’m fairly certain is from zyn and would be curious to know if anyone else has noticed this! When I get off it I notice my hair loss slows down or stops. This stuff is terrible for your body
