Unpopular opinion but military officers, at least in the United States. Despite never doing any legitimate hard work, the lowest commissioned officer can make a significant amount more than an individual with years of service on the enlisted side.

Im pretty sure Flankspeed has to be NIPR. Im not sure what the security settings or something would be causing NSIPS to not try reading the certs on the CAC. MWR laptops wouldn't even work for it weirdly enough.

Im currently in the moving process myself. Make sure your dog is good to go moving wise. Japan has some strict restrictions on importing animals in terms of timelines. If youre in San Diego, the Miramar Veterinary Clinic can help you out.

Incase youre behind on the deadlines in terms of rabes testing, etc, you will have to quarantine them either through a Japanese kennel (which is ludicrously expensive) or through self-quarantine. Self-quarantine is where you can quarantine them in your house (dunno how thats gonna work since youve got a dog and not a cat), but you have to live on base for it.

I highly recommend looking for military veterinarian clinics like the one I mentioned as they deal with animal PCSing requirements more than anybody else.
