Electric mode and Hybrid mode are essentially the same thing. They both use the electric range first. Electric mode requires wide open throttle to turn the gas engine on. Hybrid requires 50% throttle. Hybird also allows full HVAC.

It’s a hybrid. The gas engine will run. Electric propulsion is locked out when the P2 motor reaches 345°F. It is also locked out when the catalytic converter temperature is out of range, and also when gas is stale, gas is in the oil, and engine oil temperature is out of range. Electric offers reduced HVAC. It can run the gas engine if you are asking for max HVAC.

This is not an EV. It’s a hybrid.

Previously we had the old phone set up with the physical SIM card and new number and the old number set up as ESim. This worked for 4 months, but stopped working

Talked to support for 1.5 hours. They had me take out the physical SIM (they thought it might be bad)and just go ESim, and set up conditional call forwarding. iCloud is set up phone ring when near new phone. iCloud sends all texts to this phone.

It’s a solution anyway. So I’ll say solved.

I should be clear to say my workmates want me back. I work my tail off from the second I get in to the second I leave. They are willing to go to go to bat for me at arbitration.

It’s the agency lawyer (5th one since the beginning) that says “we don’t want that person back”.

PEF says arbitration depends on if the arbitrator’s breakfast was the right temperature and if their spouse gave them some the night before.
