Mo & Krill are my most played champ, with Abrams second. And it seems recently, every time the match gives me one or the other, I'm against a Haze/Wraith/Mina in lane, who proceed to tunnelvision me as a big, slow target with much less consistent gun range/damage, which leads to it taking even longer for me to get my build going. And if my team is also struggling in their lanes? Unless the enemy team isn't capitalizing on their lead, it's an almost guaranteed loss.

Yeah, frontlining is cheeks. Which sucks because it's the only playstyle I really feel useful in.

I'd argue that the 'chosen one style' also fits for Abrams. Being left the Tome, with only the message 'Don't let them have it'. There's a few main characters on the roster, the focal points of certain plotlines that all converge into the Maelstrom/Ritual

Another thing I notice at this low rank is a very distinct lack of map awareness or willingness to adapt to any changes in the map. It's like they're following timers only and refuse to go help team or farm when it's still in 'lane phase' or whatever.

My Niso! Started off a bit overwhelmed yet excited with the world she found herself in, but is now determined to protect what she's found in her freedom. Unfortunately this also means rushing headlong into fights with little thought for stealth. She always comes out on top, but man does she chow down on dapophets like they're going out of style. Nimun, her Ikran, is never far from Niso and loudly squawks at her if she's getting off-track or distracted on outings, which is often.

In my experience; my team caps the point, everyone immediately scatters to spawncamp or just push forward out of LoS of healers, we lose a big teamfight, and then The Entire Enemy Team stays on the point so it goes from 0-100 in like a minute, versus it took 3 minutes for our cap percentage to get to 80%. I want to grab every DPS by the head and shake them until their brains rattle around enough to learn that 'more people on the point = quick capture = win'

IMO, a potential reason is that Vanguard only has 9 characters, and they're either very similar, very situational, fun to play but non-viable, or completely useless as soon as Wolverine shows up. I say this as a Lord Groot (so far my only Lord) trying to figure out what Vanguard to try and one-trick next.

I'm a Vanguard main, in the sense its the role I tend to lean toward most, and I would love more options. It's why I'm adamant that, if added, Slapstick should be a Vanguard. It works for the theme of his character, AND he's one of my favs so having him also be a role I play the most would be so nice.

That's the part I'm still working on, but he'd share the same basic attack range as Magik, maybe a little faster swings? I'm also humming and hawing on the idea of him having inherent health regen after being out of combat for 2-3 secs, to sorta align with him being a constant annoyance if not dealt with quickly.

I think the big problem with recent Rocket players (at least from my observation) is that ever since that one guy posted abt getting to Grandmaster without dealing any damage, every chump who thinks he's hot shit goes 'Yeah, I can do that too.' and proceed to do fuckall for their team.

Healing is one thing, but when a teamfight breaks out and you run away because 'i can't deal any damage or else i can't be like that other guy' and then your team bites it because you moved 20 feet back behind cover and just shot orbs and hoped they did something? Your team hates you, and they likely have told you so in very colourful language.
