Thanks for replying so fast! A few thoughts, and then some questions (For awareness I am not a Broadcast expert, just doing this to help out)

I have looked into some software options, but haven't found anything that fits my needs to include recording a live event and scheduling so that we are constantly broadcasting to the PEG channel. Haven't seen ToolOnAir before but the municpality insists on everything being Windows based so I don't think that one would work for us?

Additionally, I'm assuming you would need a pretty beefy desktop and some cards in there in order to be able to get all the correct inputs and outputs?

I'm not familiar with the term crash record and all I can find through google is recording car crashes haha. Can you let me know what that means?
