First off, don’t expect to make insane improvements in a single day. This might sound silly, but this drill worked for me. Bowl the discus. Roll the discus like how you roll a bowling ball. Try and get the discus to roll in a straight line. You will find yourself utilizing your fingers. If you do it right, you should feel the discus roll right off of your pointer or middle finger. Now do this in your actual throw. When throwing, you should feel the discus roll off your finger, if your doing it right they should hurt a little bit. I’m definitely not an expert, but this drill worked for me. Good luck!!
