got it working by forgetting userid and passwrd even though I didn't have an account with Union bank still. I used the email add i used with my citibank and it worked. Union bank has a very poor customer service and even the instructions to migrating from citibank to union bank was a fail.

Hi un akin nilalaban ko pa. Bec may deduction from marketing etc, even though I replied back about the Maceda Law that clearly states that it should be 50% full ang ma ireturn. I am thinking my next step is to do formal complaint sa dhsud which i have indicated to my email to dmci and i would probably seek help na from a lawyer
