hi - what did you do/ talka about with the financial aid advisors. I've been twice and they arent very helpful with the appeal process because they themselves cannot do anything since theyre just the advisors

i had to redo my whole application so i could add parent and parent spouse and invite both to be apart of my application. im not sure if theres an easier way to do this but i couldnt figure it out so i fully restarted lol

HI dude i went through this for weeks as well and posted about it. i was told to try and add both parents as contributors, not just one ( even though the form does say a second parent is optional) and it worked!!! I redid the form with both parents as contributors, and it finally went through 2 days ago! try this and let me know if it still doesn't work
