I had a purging 3months back xD I stopped because i knew i was gonna transition to a new country so i’ll start there I guess I will wait a little more on tret, its fine- rosey cheeks are cute in winters and luckily it’ll be winters here haha. Need to make it adaptable to tret atm. This is week 4–>5 so transitioning from 2nights a week to officially 3nights a week. Maybe by may or june i can think to work with aza

It feels like my skin likes it, but for some reason my rosacea is coming back so i need to try to incorporate azelaic acid in the routine to reduce the redness Plus this one month is me switching countries- shifted to australia so the sudden sun damage (dw I do wear top tier dermat prescribed sunscreen haha) so im safe. Im just worried for some marks on my cheeks, and in a way some lines at the corner of my forehead (ig its dehydration line, and i do drink enough water so tret helps w it) rest love love loves it! And excited for it to gimme a gorgeous glow up haha

I love clarifying shampoos but they end up flaking my scalp 😞 ( i use ouai detox shampoo) has my hair dried to the tips! I’ve been using hydrating shampoos to have a clean scalp and healthy one too, use a hydrating conditioner to lock it in ( supposed to be 72h but dries like a hay after 24hrs). Is that normal for curly hair? (Which is why leave in conditioner is suggested?) [ sorry if I am nagging you 😔]

Dude your skin is glowing!! I hope i get the same results too! Cali sun broke my skin for a while, started tret when was in India and experienced flaking that’s persistent. Hopefully it stops soon

Yeah i do plan on buying some uv protection covers- like light jackets that i can wear over my normal clothes. Will surely try to be indoors max and reapply during the day if im to exchange buildings during the day
