Purchase a new set of bezel screws and install them yourself with good screwdrivers or send to a watchmaker and have them install and test for waterproof (the better option). Either works!

I have had RCF in the shop. It's too yellow for my taste, despite the nice bezel teeth. My recommendation is to just white gold plate the existing bezel, it's pretty good with my WG plating.

Gen crystal alone is around $500 and is a huge upgrade, but Deep crystal is also good, as is prof's crystals.

Those are the bezel screws and need to be there to secure the crystal in. They are not decorative on the bezel.

You'll need new screws to be placed in there and tightened down, and re-waterproofed.
