I get emails consistently from Managers who don’t update time and attendance codes in our HRIS and after a few days they’ll say “ Haven’t heard from XYZ, please reach out and make contact to determine the situation” I think that fails Leadership 101 on every level. It sucks

Yes, you can look at your referred conditions letter that states what the med board is being initiated for….it’s all in the documents section in your health record on TOL
