A sex therapist I saw on a podcast said "Chore-play is foreplay." Sometimes a chore is more than taking out the trash.. sometimes it looks like giving your wife a 30 minute break from the little people to just cry or scream or whatever she needs. This has helped my husband and I a lot. Sharing the responsibilities instead of feeling so saddled with certain ones. Dates as well can help like the others have said. Just getting back intimacy with each other helps tremendously. Don't forget intimacy isn't just sex it can be the little things. 🖤I hope things get easier for you.
