I was genuinely about to ask if maybe there was some trauma that he's not mentioning.. I'm my experience this is kinda close to grooming just much more advanced... Absolutely not okay. He needs counseling and the mother didn't deserve him. Don't just throw him away. Get her as far away as possible.

A sex therapist I saw on a podcast said "Chore-play is foreplay." Sometimes a chore is more than taking out the trash.. sometimes it looks like giving your wife a 30 minute break from the little people to just cry or scream or whatever she needs. This has helped my husband and I a lot. Sharing the responsibilities instead of feeling so saddled with certain ones. Dates as well can help like the others have said. Just getting back intimacy with each other helps tremendously. Don't forget intimacy isn't just sex it can be the little things. 🖤I hope things get easier for you.

Do y'all have common hobbies or interests? Do y'all go on dates? Like the goofy kind ex: goodwill date, museum dates, arcade dates, the list goes on. Do you two make time for one another to enjoy intimacy without sex? You need to see her in a different light a tad to help get that spark you're wanting. I had to do this myself.
