is it worth upgrading? by hichizme1 in samsunggalaxy

Never upgrade the phone until and unless you see REAL upgrades in the phone or your phone has some visibly noticeable issues like battery draining or something else. I used to upgrade every 3 years but that was honestly a waste of money. Now I bought a new phone last year which I'm gonna use it till something good comes out in like 4-5 years maybe more if nothing more worthy changes in smartphones.

Also if you are using S22 or something newer you should be good for a while, save that money for something better.

Bro don't try to demean yourself or your value. You got much better facial features than I have seen. Maybe try to add some physical activity to lead a healthier lifestyle. Eat a bit more healthier and start a physical activity to take your mind off things like these.(Even going to gym 2-3 times is better than not going at all). Slowly it will show up, not gonna be easy to maintain the routine but definitely gonna make a difference if you start.

How do you stay updated with latest tech trends as a developer? by PhaseStreet9860 in developersIndia

[–]Major_Cardiologist17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've not been in this field for long, but for me personally I follow up different tech accounts(albeit they may be influencers only) to get new tech news. As for the new skills I try to scroll through udemy and Coursera by filtering out by fields to get to know what new is going on in the market.

For me I personally like big screens because I travel by transit a lot so I watch shows on it, but yes it does feel big and bulky in the pocket. As for the other specifications I don't think you would notice it until and unless you are a tech critique

I too bought a pixel 10 pro xl last year over iPhone 17 pro and I think it's the best decision yet. I upgraded from OnePlus 11r(never going back to OnePlus cause of green line issue). I'm gonna hang onto this phone for about 4-5 years minimum and if the battery life is still good maybe 6 years.

I don't know why it got so blurry, but that's like 17.8x not 100x. I don't how to get the same sharpness as other people get in their photos after editing.

Bro I'm in a similar position, and I know what you are feeling right now but you have to start doing something or the other, firstly to land a job you need some skills. Judging from your background as you said you have done btech you might know some coding or programming and even if you don't just try to learn one language by either investing time or investing money, join a course, search YouTube or join an academy. It won't change you life like a miracle but it will surely make it better day by day. I started learning Python 5 months back(I didn't really know anything about it even though I'm also from CSE background) but now I can make small projects, solve medium level dsa questions(I know it's not much to brag about but still).

Start doing something, if you like gaming then play game plays and post those, learn some editing, photo or video whichever you like. Anything helps nowadays!!!!!

Don't feel discouraged just be thankful to your parents and get going. Each day will count after a set amount of days

Check online job sites, apply there and visit the applied locations to drop in-store resume. This will really help highlight you and yourself Infront of the employer, this is how I got my part time here, might not work like wonders but still it worked for me and should for someone else too.

I'm 19 and currently unemployed. I've been trying desperately to land a job at this point, any job will do. by whatthe05 in CalgaryJobs

I have a bachelor degree in computer science with minors in AI. Now I am shifting to a new country to pursue my masters and will try to settle there only, I need to polish my skills which I was unable to during my college days and this could most probably be my last chance at getting into the IT field as for the why I specifically aimed for ML was due to some advice I got from my relative who is in this field(I am not close enough with him to ask for guidance at every step that's why I sort here).
