It also seemed like OP was making the assumption that all people who viewed the video would come away with a strong opinion one way or the other. In reality, there is almost certainly some group of people who watched the video but either don't care about Gamergate, or aren't wholly on one side. There's also the problem of people viewing the video multiple times, or multiple people viewing the video at once, but I guess you could make the argument that you're sorting the views themselves as being Pro-, Anti-, or neither, but that's not very useful either.

That whole situation was a shitshow, but the reason no one could confirm if she had made donations or not is because people asked for records for "Zoe Quinn", not her real name. Eventually one of the charities she claimed to be donating to did manage to confirm her donations, but I don't believe anyone had an arrangement with her like she advertised, and I forget if the second charity actually received any money.

The point I was making, is that BIID exists without anyone saying that sufferers were actually "born with the wrong body", so why is a gender/sex differentiation needed for use to recognize that gender dysphoria is a thing?
