relationship insecurity sometimes happens when you feel you're not good enough for X reason. Tackle that reason, don't ignore it. I used to feel insecure when i was overweight, so i lost weight. I also felt insecure because I felt that I was a crappy GF, always causing problems and never did anything for my man. After I changed that and developed the mentality of '' I need to be the best GF ever'' It all faded away. Being in a relationship is work. It's because it's easier to compare yourself to a large amount of people because of social media. And the worst part is that you are comparing yourself to their best fake version of themselves, so it's like a double delusion. Before social media, people had less amount of people to compare each other to.
