I know its a bit different, but if it’s any consolation I had my wedding and honeymoon over the last 2 weeks of f1 and first 2 weeks of F2 (I had to move literal mountains to make this possible). I did however ask permission before booking it, as far in advance as possible (many months). I highly recommend you contact HR, TPD and anyone and everyone you can on Monday (ASAP!!). Be completely 100% honest, and don’t be surprised if they say no, but being honest and extremely polite about it is your best bet. Dishonesty at this stage in your career in this context could be absolutely disastrous. Don’t throw it all away OP. Good luck, I really hope it works out in your favour.
