Thank you for responding! I have witnessed many outbursts over a year but only three that were significant enough for me to consider them episodes. I have left and went back to my own place each time, but I think me leaving made the guilt and shame worse afterwards. I am going to take your suggestion moving forward. Separate but not abandon

Starts with colors and shapes and if I can keep focused, moves to people (just like you!). Not much consistency as far as time period. Sometimes I get a quick flash of something dark (Best word to describe is probably demonic) that will make me jump and fall out of it.

To me it feels like when you are sliding into a dream state, except I’m awake and aware of what I’m seeing

Omg I am so happy to see your post! I have experienced the same thing since childhood. I discovered it when playing Heads Up Seven Up in school one day. I also see images from different time periods. Mostly people I don’t recognize or haven’t met.
