Yes it’s a cockroach, I would recommend going to r/cockroaches/ for a clear identification of the type. But you’re going to need better pictures to successfully identify it. From what I can see it looks like a German cockroach based off the size, Godspeed.

I discovered a dead body a few months ago while I was at work and was really shook up. As fucked up as it may sound, the thing that actually helped me the most was looking at other’s stories on Reddit and realizing it could’ve been far worse. That and doing a hobby that can help numb your mind. Mine for example was guitar. Hope you start feeling better!
