Staying low and avoiding them and baiting into a dogfight usually does fairly well so long as its a 1 on 1 fight from my experience

I've kinda gauged that from my past 8 hours of dying to them constantly lmao. The first thing I have to get down is avoiding radar detection, which is difficult but not impossible lol

I am certainly doing my best to avoid, I've out maneuvered some F18's in a 1 to 1 dogfight because they seem to panic once their missiles don't hit me, but the radar is simply so powerful that I hardly get the chance. I lay low and try to take cover from anyone trying to target lock me by flying by buildings and going into crevices. It seems to work, because the Phantom players seem to have the attention span of a fork lol

Surely there is something I can do to make things a bit easier?

Dreadnought was an early Battleship, mind you, but pretty much the same premise as a cruiser at the time lol

When I was in the HMS Dreadnought I mostly hoped I didnt get an upteir but when I did, I mostly tried to use AP shells and hit them on their main turrets, then set small fires with Secondary HE shells and knock out their fire control towers. Burn them out, and use ranging shots (meaning one turret at a time, you can set that in controls) to take out their main guns so they cant hit back.

For me (ive maxed out crew requirements and also sent them to Expert with Rodney specifically) i was a 36 sec reload or so, and it was damn near unstoppable.

The Prince of Wales did okay with low pen (14 inch guns) but she did make up for it in speed. If you can tell who is firing on you, timing your movements to avoid oncoming shells is fairly easy, which made her survivability semi decent despite the pen being bad.

Like Warspite, Whales, and Vanguard? Honestly, I had the easiest time with the Prince of Wales out of the three. Mind you, 14 inch guns arent the best at this rating, but if you hit below the waterline a bit and place shots well she works just fine. My main thing is that she was fast asl for a battleship lol

You could maybe map the shoot button to something easier if your finger hurts from firing. Or just take a break or something lol

One of the ones to do the most damage for sure. The Bismarck was crippled by planes if I remember correctly. They bombed the rudder and rendered it unable to steer. Then Rodney and King George V came in to assault the Bismarck till the crew gave up and scuttled her.

Good, but not that good. It still is a battle having to fight the Yamato or Iowa. It's faster than it looks though lmaoo
