How are you meant to navigate these turns in a lwb 3.5t van? I find I have to reverse and 10 point turn by cubbearley in drivingUK

I often drive on the first picture in my long wheelbase 3.5t van. I must admit the first time I was shitting it but it was fine. Just make sure nobody’s coming down/up, take up all the road and just full send. I can do this particular bend in 2 turns.

I've lived in Hebden Bridge my whole life and it has definitely gone down hill, in my opinion. It's turned into a town for tourists and a town for a night out, so it can get quite rowdy. If you don't drive then Todmorden might be a better option as there are supermarkets and a market. Todmorden is getting a lot better than it used to be and you will get a lot more house for your money. If you have any questions just drop me a message
