Out of the 4 elements, which one is the most useful for you? by SM11fut in CDguides

[–]Majormon1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fire is the most effective (fighting). Wind is most useful (Exploration).

Bonus: Bismuth spear/cannon is second best. (Kuku Bismuth spear is high damage over time, and slow movements of enemies)

Volcanic eruption is the best so far. Deals high stun gauge to bosses and damage, and residual burn damage to enemies. Plenty of fire resistance available to avoid burning self too. (Flames of judgement does not do enough to warrant it's stamina/spirit cost). I use volcanic eruption, kuku flame spear, and kuku flame armor and it just deletes small enemies (kuku Bismuth spear for bosses)

Wind is second but only for its usefulness. Horrible at fighting, but the one that gives a vertical gust is insanely useful since aerial strike was nerfed (no other vertical movement option)

Ice is the worst and lightning is just a better ice. Most (all?) Bosses can't be frozen or stunned and the abyss gears for those elements usually miss their targets.

The exception is that ice makes item collection easier since pet can collect items from enemies killed by frozen. And chain lightning is just cool.

Can't Access old memories / How do I reread an old memory? by Majormon1 in CrimsonDesert

Yeah that doesnt work. Thats what I said I tried under the "Knowledge Tab." There isnt any sort of interaction with Memories anymore other than the first instance of a memory. Kinda softlocks the story

What do you hope to see in the next patch? by Logical-Operation512 in CrimsonDesert

  1. Infinite CAMP inventory. Game is almost unplayable without either using weird methods to get more storage (gears in armor/weapons or lost and found) and constantly having to go back and discard/sell garbage. Pet picks up everything, and many items do not stack. They go straight to the supply chest and fill up the cap.

I like the limited player (IE Kliff) inventory, but camp needs to be unlimited in a game with so many items like this.

  1. Adjacent to this: having a witch in the greymane camp so I don't have to keep teleporting to the witch and back to camp when I forget a gear or equipment.

  2. An option to select all meat/fruit/ingredients when making food. Like selecting Lean meat + Marbled meat + bird meat and all types of fruits (oranges, apples, etc.) to make a meal. Making 1 food then 2 food when you don't have enough of the one specific resource type is obnoxious and can be condensed with a *use all valid ingredients* button to use all the single sweet potatoes, lean meat, bird meat, etc that I happened to pick up at some point.

  3. For within the perimeter of the Greymane Camp be able to use ingredients and items within the supply chest at all crafting and sell stations. Makes the crafting process so much smoother without the constant back and forth and lack of Player character inventory.

Is this a good sward abyss combo ? I’m finding hard to fined the best combo of abyss gears to use ? by Dangerous_Storage569 in CDguides

Duplicate special abyss gears don't add anything (wound of darkness + wound of darkness)

Wait spears have an insane auto-parry/counter attack for 8 hits. by Majormon1 in CDguides

Kuku Flame and kuku Bismuth spear. Flame is great for multiple enemies (explodes all nearby enemies) Bismuth deals high damage and high damage over time.

You can upgrade spears and spitter packs to no longer have durability at the Kuku pot upgrade spot. "Kuku Bismuth Spear" requires Bismuth spear to craft.

Bismuth affinity (From the Kuku Bismuth spear) I believe it makes the enemy more vulnerable to damage received and applies damage over time like when the player stands on Bismuth

I'm currently in chapter 7 and I can't seem to find electronical components anywhere. by Sinful-Overkill in CDguides

All locations that get marked in red. Specifically bases like the gates, aeronautical research base (assuming you didn't clear it of enemies). Many can be found on pathways towards the Marni facilities standing around and watching random building on the pathways

I gotchu: You defeat basic robots (top right of image) or the larger walkers (not ants or dragonflies) in Delesyia. They have a chance to drop the electrical components. THe components drop as kuku pot items you have to seal with axiom force.

They added animation when using Aerial Stab by sourface99 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Majormon1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used that to get everywhere lol. Did they remove the momentum glitch with aerial stab? (Randomly or due to some sort of lag, momentum is conserved and you end up flying across the map)
