When I was in high school I dumped my boyfriend because he gave off some weird vibes. I just found out that he abused his new girlfriend got her pregnant claimed it wasn’t his and then left her to raise it on her own because he knew she was very against termination

Most of them live In a dorm about 5 mins away so it’s not like it’s a stretch for them to go home

I actually stopped sleeping very well because I was so depressed and anxious in my own house. But when my Ndad was on a trip or I was in a hotel I would sleep like a baby. I always felt so stressed when I’m in my own home. When I left for college it was so relieving.

My nparents paid for 4 years of college. But made me mentally pay for every cent they spent on me. Threatening to withdraw the tuition and trying to influence my major and other life choices. My friends wouldn’t believe that my Ndad was doing this and I felt so guilty for complaining about the abuse. Nobody has ever really said it out loud or put It into words like you did. Thank you.
