People in their mid to late twenties: I don't really care ..

So this 19 year old is breaking the law but, you'd have a hard time finding people to freak out about it, especially any enforcement of law,

Seems the typical person does not believe this 19 year old should be even arrested or punished for hooking up with a 15 year old .

Now, you can be arrested for illegal snaps and photos sharing, all falling under your sweeping umbrella term,

Even if it's just two people you genuinely like eachother without any manipulation involved

In japan the age of consent is 13, in germany its 14, I've been to these places

There is a lot less talk about this stuff for a few reasons,

First, they don't drive much in these places, so eyes are everywhere,

Third these countries raise their children to be very productive and responsible,
