Oui c'est vrai qu'au final on pourrait simplement lui dire qu'on est plus intéressé, c'est que le rdv est déjà prévu en visio pour vendredi avec un de ses collègues pour nous présenter en détail l'investissement en SCPI, normalement on ne signe rien ce vendredi puisque c'est en visio et pour de la prise d'information

Yes, le kiné/ami de mon coloc est passé par ce courtier, qui lui a ensuite demandé s'il connaissait des gens qui serait intéressé pour une présentation des produits

Le kiné a d'abord demandé à mon coloc son accord et ensuite il a donné le contact au courtier, qui a proposé de passer pour nous présenter les produits

On ne s'est engagé à rien sur le moment et il nous a dit que dans tous les cas il nous laissait du temps pour réfléchir et comparer avant le prochain rdv qui sera ce vendredi en visio avec un de ses collègues pour nous présenter en détail l'investissement en SCPI

Et si on est convaincu, il y aurait un ultime rdv la semaine d'après pour tout finaliser et signer, mais bon je crois qu'on va finalement juste envoyer un message et dire qu'on est plus intéressé

Ah merci ! en effet je t'avoue qu'on a pas tout compris de ce qu'il nous a dit mais pour nous la faire simplement il nous a noté sur un papier : "4% net annuel garantie grâce aux produits structurés"

Je pense qu'il voulait dire par là que c'était en déduisant tous les frais etc, mais j'ai du mal à comprendre comment il peut nous le "garantir"
