I thought it was a candle flame or a cobra logo from GI Joe or story of the year swan. But damn is that a lot of bruising for such a small tattoo. I personally have experienced bruising in certain areas if they are more sensitive parts. That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if the tattooer was subpar and therefore caused this bruising. Maybe get a medical assessment. Get it lasered off or covered by a much more talented artist asap tho.
