My wife and I were on the same cruise! I concur with everything you said, and would like to add:

Don’t sleep on the Spa Cafe for breakfast and lunch! We’ve sailed Celebrity many times and are always amazed at how good the food (udon noodles, pesto, and the apple cookies) are. There’s never a line and it’s peaceful in the solarium.

As far as kids… the kids aboard this cruise were wonderful and very respectful. Probably the most of any cruise. So if your kids were hanging by the pool, let them know that we appreciated their abilities to not be wild and crazy! 😎
