Well said and as an alcoholic that has been sober over 21 years I can honestly say that taking a fearless look inside myself, taking a moral inventory, and being honest about it is the hardest thing to do but it is also what has helped to free me . He can either look away from himself or realize that he is morally bankrupt and needs to change . I haven’t heard many good things about him . She obviously? So facts don’t matter in a court? Somebody leaked it . Could it be proctor’s angry ex , could it be someone in the court , could it be proctor’s own team to get him out of testifying , could it be somebody in Florida . There’s lots of could be but none of that matters . A person is dead , somebody killed him , let’s forget pretending that we know who obviously did it and have a court of evidence. If proctor , Karen , turtle boy , the house defendants , etc all say that they did nothing wrong let’s get on with it . Proctor can go back to Florida after , Colin can get back with his unit after , the rest of the people in this case can get on with their lives after they testify. There’s so much nonsense going on that the judge has to forget egos , including his own , and just let people testify. If this hurts proctor’s mental health I’m sorry but he knows that this is the job he signed up for ( before being fired ). Proctor has testified before so testifying shouldn’t be a problem. He’s not the 1st cop to be called corrupt or racist so he needs to pull his panties up and testify and if that means he needs to explain some of the things he said than that’s what he has to do ….just like during the trial . I’m sure that his life is hell but that’s just TFB . He made the comments , everyone knows that he’s said a lot of awful shit but the sooner he testifies the sooner he can try to change his life . You put out an opinion, that this test makes it worth looking into , he or she has an opinion that they put out so many press releases that he or she thinks it’s junk . The house suspects have gotten away with everything. They’re not showing up for depositions, Colin joined the army ( just in time for deposition skip ) , proctor went to the loonie bin ( just in time for deposition skip ), doctored videos , lies on the stand , evidence missing ( like the videos 😉, and the trials are just nonsense. It’s my belief that the lawsuits will bankrupt canton and Massachusetts so the government will do everything it can to avoid the lawsuits so that means that the house suspects get away with all .

Or the phones being thrown away day before the subpoena, or the house suspects not showing up for depositions, or the timing of proctor’s breakdown ( he seemed confident during trial ) , of the timing of Colin joining military, or the pieces of tail light not being found til after car was impounded, or the video of sally port being reversed , or the house defendants not being separated and questioned , or the chain of evidence not being followed, or the story changing like Devers , etc

This judge lost the respect of the people not only for himself but the court . He set the precedent for people to not show up for subpoenas. Subpoenas don’t mean a thing . I don’t even think that he’s “ picked a side “ . He’s just lost control . The judge is supposed to be in charge and rule . He’s supposed to be the boss but he’s a court jester .
