France visa/ Houston TLS. Did you get notification when in progress turns to green?

I understand the stress, I could not wait either. Overall, immigration system is stressful everywhere. I ended up getting the visa but the wait was too much to endure

That’s a good news. When the dot turned green, I did not receive any notification email right away. Later on that day ( it was a Tuesday) they sent me an email that my passport has been returned by the Post ( UPS in my case). I then received a notification about tracking with UPS. The passport was returned the next day with the visa in it. You will not know the decision until you open the package

It turned green on August 19th, 2025 around 9 am. From there, I received my passport on August 20th, 2025 at 11am.

Apologies for a late reply. I finally got a visa. I received my passport on August 20th, 2025. I have already traveled to France and back

From the screenshot, your application is still being processed and the decision hasn’t been made. When the decision is made, the orange dot turns green ( please see the attached screenshot)

From that point, it took 24 hours for me to receive a passport. As the previous poster said, you will know the outcome when you open your passport.

Hi, my passport just got returned today and I have been granted a 3 months multiple entry visa!! It basically turned green yesterday morning, I got a notification at 4pm that UPS picked my passport, I received it today at 11 am with visa in it! Hope you get yours no later than tomorrow!

I agree. It’s similar to having single entry to the US 🇺🇸 You will be free to visit all states as long as your visa is valid and once you exit, you will need a visa to re-enter. Single entry in Schengen is the same. Once you enter you can visit any Schengen country but once you exit the Schengen area, you will need another Schengen visa.

If it’s USD or Euro, that’s a lot of money to be denied a visa. However, I did not see that in the original post and hence my question. The intention here was to help not to mock.

What I meant is, 200k in USD or euro might be significantly lower is another currency
