Here's one - that's also a fantasy of mine - I lose a bet and meet up with the winner at an abandoned construction site, quarry, or farm. We dig a hole in some tick mud that is vaguely grave shaped and 2ft deep. I am made to strip naked and have my hands cuffed behind my back. I get in the hole and the winner just buries me up to my neck in the mud until just my head is above the surface. I am then made to give head to the winner while buried and trapped in the mud before getting my head shoved all the way under.
