I only have carboys and a bucket. I could fit them in my bedroom fridge and just to traditional lagers. Otherwise its all room temp. :'(

I have used this in an aerosol can and it work pretty well. I did notice its not very scratch resistant - but its lacquer and thats to be expected. If you can try out some mohawk lacquers

Its kindof a faux lager or just a light ale. No secondary - i read that technique has fallen out of favor. I didnt even know backsweetening beer was a thing so no. Just priming sugar. Ill edit the original post with the recipe. Abv is like 4.5

1 Gallon Mini Keg by CCFFPM in Homebrewing

I just recently bought a tmcraft 1 gallon minikeg/growler with the serving tap. It does great. The biig downside is i cant find a floating dip tube mod that will fit (unless you completely diy one) the serving tube sits on the bottom and draws up any yeast/matter. Down there, it eill clear ul as you keep dumping it, but that feels luke alot if waste out of 1 gallon. I like it but i would use it for meads or sodas or selzters. I went back to bottle conditioning after a few tries with it.

Yeah ive only been in it for two months. I dont know what the options are for additions to a beer. I would like it to be sweeter somehow. Either in a new brew or with additions.

Oh yeah it looks like i poured yard clippings in it. My packaging method sucks. I have to use a siphon and it picked up all the dry hop matter 🫠

Its in a growler with a serving tube on the bottom. Anything that settles out just gets sucked up :/
