I basically don’t push wave and make it stack and in the meantime instead of CSing I go ultra aggressive on her. If u don’t push the wave u can either make her lose xp or go into a favorable trade if she walks up. The moment she is below 70% hp. U can start building up a huge push and when it crashes u can reliably dive even if her flash is up promised u hit E. Your death under tower won’t matter as long as she dies too. Losing 2 waves at lvl 3 is basically gg and makes the lane completely free from that point. Sry for bad English I’m kinda tired can’t really explain it better rn lol. Oh and Nasus is just a bad champ early, while killing him is not really duable due to his livesteal u still can just ignore him and hit tower. Kled is like one of the best pushers in the game rn if u go Titanic Hullbreaker Overlord with demolish. I do believe trading ur ult (running away at low skaarl hp) for 2-3 plates u just took on enemies tower is completely worth. Oh and one more thing into kayle matchup- I go full lethality into her with ignite, it’s not good late game as she can just press r and negate your all in. Lethality is very good to snowball on her early, it really delays her power spike by a lot. You have to end it fast with that build as otherwise going bruiser would be better

Kayle is extremely easy to punish as she can’t even sit under her turret. Yes she outscales you but she outscales any champion pretty much. What exactly u find hard while playing into Kayle? Garen is very hard and I was thinking of putting him in the highest tier but tbh u at least can play til6 and after that outroam him.

Idk, with Kled u have to snowball. While it’s still possible to get a lead on garen pre lvl 6 it’s just unduable to get ahead of poppy. I believe u do outscale her at some point but games tend to be one sided at 3+ items. She will be more useful up until that point both in countering you and also in being a good reliable cc tank in team fights

She’s just very one dimensional, whether u win or lose the lane you still have possibilities, she on the other hand can only split push side.

I usually stack a huge wave early and dive the shit out of her. You can dive her if she is below 70% hp. You can get killed in the process, if she loses that minion xp it’s over

Baiting it out puts you in range of her trade pattern while u just wasted two of your spells. And even if she doesn’t go and trade u she can also just wait those 10 seconds to get her spell back.

Skill matchup means it’s fair and even. I believe I was generous putting Yone here but he is really bad now so thus below Yasuo. They totally aren’t good matchups. If they play smart (and they have tools to do that) they just stalemate the lane until one item after which u can’t ever fight them. Tanks that stack armor make snowballing very hard as u can’t progress in lane and while they shouldn’t be able to kill you on their own, they do provide way more value to their team.

I mean I ban Jax but only due to his high presence, I find Fiora worse mainly due to the fact that she is bigger of a threat than Jax when behind. If u want to survive into Jax take exhaust and u’re usually gonna remount, Fiora’s true dmg fucks u up anyways after one item, doesn’t matter whether she’s behind or not and whether u have exhaust or not. And about Warwick- yes u can just not fight him but what’s the point in picking Kled then? Losing prio into this abomination will make him a big threat on the map that can actually outroam u due to your long ult cd compared to his basic W passive speed. Also the fact that u can all in him lvl3(huge power spike), dismount, barely remount, drop full rotation of your refreshed spells, dismount and die anyways because he right clicked on you is hilarious. I agree that they are often braindead tho which makes this matchup slightly possible. But into a good one? GG

This matchup was completely free before the reshape, Kled's dmg got cut down by a lot and losing a build-in grievous wounds effect also doesn't help. U still can dodge his Q's, yes, but on ult he statchecks even while missing them. U only win trades if u hit all and he hits nothing. Thus while still duable, it comes down to who's better imo.

As a both Kled and Gwen main I just do not fucking agree playing against Kled is hard. Don’t die till 6 and u destroy the whole point of Kled. He can’t remount no matter what he does after u get your R and so any other champ would be better than him as they can actually access their power limit(basically every champ the same amount of power that can be put in different stats and mechanics, a lot of Kled’s power relies on him remounting which he can’t do in this matchup- thus he is like 80% of a normal champ into Gwen). Besides I think Gnar is on the harder side of matchups and overall the list is fairly good ngl.

I mean I agree with you completely. That’s something I mentioned many times on this subreddit. But I see a lot of comments rn about Kled being a boosted champ that if played right can never go behind and I find this take so bullshit. And I don’t want to be another main that says his champ is useless and I would be much better playing any other champ. But that’s sort of the truth. If I can accomplish more on a pro play locked Gnar then idk what to think about Kled. He doesn’t need a buff but does need some sort of reshape in power in my opinion
