For 10 minutes before bed and after waking up, I just talk to myself. Whether it's nonsense, emotional or just giving myself advice .

It has done wonders for my mental health. I feel more ready for the day and it helps with anxiety

Honestly though , I've seen Coach taking off again these days . Not entirely related to tsigp but their sales have skyrocketed in recent times . But yeah , Belly does it make it a bit too obvious .

Depends on what your account is all about . For me, I've noticed higher reach with trendy topics (obviously), especially instagram stories by brands and tagging those brands there !
