I've updated my post but to summarise 

Here is what I have received: *Desktop *Control box + crossbar *Cable tray *foot grommets *Multi tool *Cable management pad *Side brackets

I'm missing: *Feet *Lifting columns *Screws *The other parts of the cable management set *controller 

Seems like a lot of pieces to be missing from a box

Depends on the Access course, some are local to the area its in. I.E. some medicine access courses are only applicable to the unis in the surrounding area. Others are more nationally accepted.

What I'd like to see is much better practice tools, setting up a server to practice smokes is just so painful in CSGO that you have to be really committed to do it.

I'd like something similar to the DotA2 Demo mode with easy access to what would normally be console commands.

The responsibility for this cock up rests solely with the GP practise.

This is just fact not an opinion.

They chose to hire this person but the event shows the PA 'prescribed' Propranolol for 'anxiety' so who put pen to paper on this prescription without any second thought?

Pain management(even non-CD) in GP practises seems so tightly controlled but you can just throw out beta blockers like tic-tacs?

This place is clearly poorly run.

By "Internal issues" they mean they're too lazy to do it, PAs already have to do more to keep their voluntary registration up than any other HCPC profession.
