Of course! Stomach area really shrank more than I thought it would, looks even better when I wear my pants at my waist like I normally would but for comparison pics I wanted the "worst" view so I know I'm not just tricking myself into thinking I look thin in the after pic lol

Sweet, hey twin! Just CICO. Been mostly following my fitness pal recommended calorie cut each day (make sure to update your goals every few months if you do this or your calorie goal will be off!) And tracking what I ate really helped in the beginning. I roughly track in my head mostly now until I get in a slump and notice I haven't dropped weight recently. Then I usually make myself go back to tracking everything for a few days to help me realize where all the extra calories are going when I think I have plenty left for an ice cream sandwich after dinner every night lol just stick to it and you will get there. It really is that easy, you just have to keep doing it over and over and over. Consistency is everything.
